ISR Pith Ashram
A Spiritual Sanctuary in Anandpur Sahib
Established in 2006 at the foothills of the Shivalik range, ISR Pith Ashram, Anandpur Sahib, stands as a beacon of spirituality and service, benefiting both society and devotees. Located near the sacred Shakti Peeth of Maa Naina Devi, the ashram is a divine retreat for seekers who come for darshan, meditation, and spiritual upliftment. Surrounded by the serene beauty of nature, the ashram provides a tranquil environment for devotion, learning, and self-realization, aligning with the principles of Sanatan Dharma and Sri Vaishnav tradition.
ISR Pith Ashram is dedicated to selfless service (seva) and actively runs Surabhi Gautham (Gaushala) and a Gurukul, preserving the Vedic way of life. The Gaushala ensures the protection and well-being of cows, a sacred duty in Hindu tradition, while the Gurukul imparts Vedic and modern education to students, nurturing future generations with spiritual knowledge and ethical values. These initiatives serve as pillars of dharma and social upliftment, benefiting the community and keeping ancient traditions alive.
To support visiting devotees, the ashram provides free lodging and nutritious satvik food (prasadam). Whether pilgrims come for darshan of Maa Naina Devi, spiritual learning, or peace, the ashram offers them a divine space to rest, rejuvenate, and deepen their connection with the divine. Under the guidance of Dr. Swami Shreedharacharya Ji Maharaj, ISR Pith Ashram continues to be a center of devotion, wisdom, and selfless service, enriching the lives of all who seek spiritual refuge.
